Making a Good First Impression

You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. The way you look, the way you speak, your demeanor, your grooming, your collateral material, your stationery and business cards, your office space, your telephone receptionist, and everything that goes into the image of who and what you are mold your prospects’ impression of you. Do everything you can to make certain that all areas of your image are as polished as can be and are consistent with what you want to project.

Making a good first impression will eliminate a lot of subconscious hurdles in the sales process.
